The club is committed to holistic development of a diverse group of gymnasts. Gymnasts well-being and welfare are our number one priority.

Club Welfare policies

The club has adopted the British Gymnastics Child Protection Policy 2004, and all other BG Policies / Guidelines. All coaches and club members are expected to adhere to these policies at all times.

As per British Gymnastics guidelines, all coaches have current CRB checks.

Our club welfare officer is Emma Wallace. Her main duties are to safeguard child protection and welfare. You can contact her via CVTC@hotmail.co.uk

Periodical video recording of the training sessions / competitions may be necessary to review performance. If you don't wish for your child to be filmed please make us aware.

The above rules and guidelines are made for the safety of all our members and the coaching team. We ask that you abide by the guidelines to maintain an efficient and friendly club atmosphere.

Grievances

In the unlikely event of any grievances, we ask that the parent take up the issue with the welfare officer and the chairman accordingly. All grievances or complains will be treated confidentially, and depending on the nature of the grievance you may be asked to put it in writing via an email or letter.
